Born in Buffalo, New York, Tommy started his professional musical career at the age of 16 fronting local rock bands, Crossroads, The Beez, and Doby Royal. While in The Beez, Tommy wrote and released a single called “Me and My Girl” which sold several thousand copies and helped the band win a Buffalo music award for originality. Tommy went on to open for such national acts as John Cougar, Judas Priest, Ambrosia, Rick Derringer, Badfinger, Greg Kihn, Deep Purple and Grass Roots. In 1986 Tommy moved to Los Angeles where he continued his musical success, recording lead vocals for the title track of a zombie movie, laying vocals as a session musician, performing with John Fogerty at a charity event and playing at several entertainment studio events providing music for the talent of such television series as Lost, Desperate Housewives, Grey’s Anatomy, Alias, Scrubs, According to Jim, 8 Simple Rules and many more. Now residing in Ohio, Tommy continues to tour across the U.S. and most recently opened for Tommy James and the Shondells along with fellow Buffalo musician and bandmate Bobby Lebel. You can hear the original material Tommy wrote and recorded on iTunes: Tommy Geraci’s “Youth is Wasted on the Young (1976-1986)”; Veronica's Toy “Unwrapped” and Veronica’s Toy “Humans Being”.
Two time Buffalo Music Hall of Fame inductee, Bobby Lebel had his first major musical experience at the age of five while watching his Dad's country band rehearse in the early 60's.
The band included several of Bobby's uncles on a variety of stringed instruments and also included his grandmother on piano.
Bobby then began his musical career in the 70's as a young rocker in Connecticut. Playing in several bands up to 6 nights per week, he finally landed a record deal at age 27 with a prominent label in Italy with his power trio “Lebel”.
During this period, while on an early 80's tour, Bobby had the great fortune to spend some time off jamming with Edgar Winter, and members of Chick Corea's band. The 80's saw Bobby performing with Buffalo legends “The Road” before he moved to Los Angeles and landed a publishing deal resulting from his compositions.
Returning to Buffalo in the late 90's, he formed “The Headers” a rockabilly trio with visibility at numerous festivals all over the east coast with the release of three CDs of Bobby's original compositions.
Setting his sights on a hybrid rock and roll and jazzy big band, he formed the Bobby Lebel Orchestra and recorded Bobby's original tune entitled “Brand New Gretsch Guitar” which garnered an artist endorsement with the Gretsch Guitar Company. As a result, another Buffalo based big band recruited Bobby as vocalist. The Jim Tudini Big Band boasts the hottest jazz players in town and with its' 17 members providing a mighty big sound.
2015 saw the inception of the MOB (Musicians of Buffalo) annual Christmas charity event founded by Bobby and Billy Sheehan (world renowned bassist). The event has generated much assistance for musically based local charities.
Expanding on pro bono musical activities, Bobby has volunteered for numerous “Musical Medic” gigs at hospitals, assisted living facilities and VA organizations.
